@grishka it is an excellent article.

One small pint,I found that 30s was not enough for validating signatures. Some servers are *slow*!

@Edent I had it set to 30 seconds when I wrote the original article, but I since changed it to 5 minutes in Smithereen. Not because of the slow servers (didn't have any problems with those), but because Threads sends timestamps that are all over the place.
